Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our products, provided that you follow the care instructions outlined on our website. To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide clear pictures of the dead arrival (DOA) within 2 hours of delivery. This ensures we can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. If the proper documentation is not provided, we cannot honor the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer
- Free shipping on all orders of $200 or more (within the contiguous U.S.)
- Flat rate shipping of $50 for orders outside of Florida
- Florida orders will be shipped for $35 for overnight shipping to ensure a quick delivery
Shipping Days
To minimize potential delays, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Tuesday may be delayed until the following Monday.
