At MyTinyFins, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We proudly offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock, provided that our care and acclimation instructions are followed.

To qualify for the guarantee:

  • Clear photos of the deceased livestock (DOA – Dead on Arrival) must be emailed to us within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time.
  • Photos must clearly show the affected animal(s) in the original, unopened shipping bag whenever possible.

Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Overnight Shipping on orders of $250 or more within the contiguous United States. A free shipping coupon code is required at checkout. If your order qualifies, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to provide you with the coupon code.
  • Florida Orders: Flat-rate overnight shipping is $35.
  • Orders Outside Florida (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): Flat-rate overnight shipping is $50.
  • Alaska and Hawaii Orders: Flat-rate overnight shipping is $100 due to the higher cost of Next Day Air service to these locations.

At this time, we only offer overnight shipping for live animals to ensure they arrive healthy and in the best possible condition.

Shipping Schedule

To help ensure the health and safety of our livestock and minimize transit delays, we ship Mondays and Tuesdays only.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday may not ship until the following Monday.
  • Shipping dates may be adjusted due to severe weather, carrier delays, or holidays to protect the health of your livestock.
