Live Arrival Guarantee:
- Our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures that your fish will arrive alive and in good health. In the rare event that your fish does not arrive alive, we will provide a store credit refund equivalent to the cost of the fish.
Steps to
Claim:
1. If your fish arrives deceased or in poor health, please contact us within 2 hours of arrival.
2. Provide clear photographs of the affected fish/plant in its original packaging.
3. Our customer service team will assess the situation and process your claim promptly.

Shipp1ing costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable, under any circumstances—including delays due to weather or carrier issues.
We recommend tracking your package closely and being available at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth arrival.
Refund
Policy:
If your item arrives DOA, please send a clear photo in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll either replace the item, provide a similar substitute, or offer store credit.
